Bohemian Luxe Wedding Inspiration: Nashville, TN

February 24, 2014

Good morning!

So, there’s no Music Monday today, but I do have a favorite shoot of mine to share with you all! This post was supposed to go up on Friday, but I ended up making my office at the Apple store for the day as our laptop had some issues. No post on Friday means a fun one today to start off your week!

I met with Kelly in early November about working on a styled shoot for the winter and she helped this beautiful shoot come together in just a couple weeks–she’s amazing! If you’re in need of a wedding planner (highly recommended!), be sure to touch base with her!

Most of my inspiration for the shoot came from interiors I fell in love with. One of the main accents I was hoping for was an ornate gold mirror, so when we visited Riverwood Mansion, we were in awe of how perfect it would be for the shoot. This venue is just incredible–so beautiful! It’s full of such character inside and out.

We pulled in the bohemian elements mainly in the flowers and beautiful gown + hairpiece. The Dress Theory helped make this vision happen with a beautiful Sarah Seven gown and a Twigs & Honey hairpiece.  The Dress Theory offers a brand new range + style of gowns for Nashville brides and I’m so excited they are here in town. Camille, the owner, is the sweetest and I’m so excited for what’s in store. (If you haven’t found your gown yet, do yourself a favor and visit the lovely shop in Houston Station!).

And those awesome braided runners? Laura at Southern Events had this brilliant idea and we were so excited to incorporate something a little different to share new ideas.

The vendors who helped make this shoot happen were so amazing to work with and I’m still in awe of how beautifully it came together. A huge thanks to each and every one of you!! You are all so talented and I’m so thankful to have met each one of you!
