Ginger & Ryan: A Tennessee Summer Garden Wedding

July 28, 2015

I first met Ginger and Ryan at a local Nashville wedding event where we quickly bonded over Ryan being a fellow JMU Duke. It’s always a treat to find other JMU Dukes in the Nashville area, as it can be hard to find people who even have heard of JMU. And his fiance, Ginger, was just as sweet as could be.

I’ve so enjoyed getting to know these two over the last year and a half and to their wedding day was just as wonderful as they are!

These two married in June at Vine Street Christian Church and their reception followed at the ever-lovely CJ’s off the Square. Their day was full of simple cream, white and green florals, which made for such an elegant evening. And, their cake by A Frosted Affair followed suit dressed in beautiful florals.

Ginger had told me throughout that she had a hard time choosing her bridesmaids’ dresses and I absolutely loved her final choice. These beautiful purple dresses were a bit closer to a jewel tone and such a lovely choice for a summer wedding!

Ginger and Ryan, your adoration for each other spoke volumes and I’m so thankful to have documented your first day as husband and wife. Many blessings for for the many beautiful years ahead!

For their Heirloom Box, they chose one of my favorites, the Cotlin Linen with Gold Foiling. The colors pair together so beautifully, offering a clean and classic look. Their garden wedding nestled so beautifully in this box. […]
