Monochromatic Bridesmaid + Floral Inspiration

It all started with a simple idea. A few color families, backdrops and decadent florals. Tricia (of Violet Floral Design) and I were so excited about the idea of simplicity and having a very narrow focus. Tricia came up with the beautiful color families and I decided we should make our own backdrops. So, we dove in, tried it out and made it happen.

And the result was on e of my favorite shoots! We chose three different bridesmaid dresses at Bella Bridesmaid, and we loved how each style of dress had such a different feel. Then, with Tricia’s crazy amazing talent, beautiful hair and makeup, and such fun models, we created three different approaches. Pink being preppy and bright, Purple being a bit of vintage glam and Green featuring the boho-inspired girl.

Preppy Pink + Peach

Bouquet Recipe: Hellebores, Poppies, Ranunculus, Victoria, Astilbe, Frilly Tulips
Hair: Loose side braid with florals intertwined
Makeup: Gray shade eye color with a punch of blush and raspberry lip
