2015….the year of growing families! I don’t know about you, but I found a new pregnancy announcement on my feed every week this year and had SO many dear friends become mothers and fathers this year! Oh my, what joy!
In years past, I did a few family sessions here and there, but as friends became parents, I began documenting this sweet time in their lives….and absolutely fell in love with it.
I love to tell stories and document legacy, that’s at the heart of what I do. So, it only makes sense to continue telling those stories as husbands and wives become parents! There truly is nothing like entering a home with a newly welcomed child. There’s an excitement in the air that is indescribable. I am not a mother myself, but watching this connection floods me with endless emotion.
I had the opportunity of documenting a number of sweet little boys and girls grow up with multiple sessions throughout the year. I adore watching their personalities come to life! Enjoy a few favorites of mine from this past year!
