6 Month Milestone Session in Charlottesville, VA

You may recognize this sweet family from over the years, as Brandy is a dear friend from high school. I had the joy of photographing her wedding back in 2015, and fast forward 3 years later, we had our first babies on the same day. It’s a fun fact that just never gets old.

Add two more years, and welcome baby Sutton. We photographed his newborn session at home earlier this year, about a month before lockdown. Though the months and days have been long in many ways, here we are and he’s already 8 months old. To celebrate his 6 month milestone this summer, we photographed their family in the same location we celebrated Rush’s 6 month. session, and Sutton even donned the same adorable blue jumper.

What a treat it is to walk side-by-side during this season of motherhood, and what an honor to photograph these sweet milestones!
