Baby’s 6 Month Milestone: Winter Family Photos in Charlottesville, VA

Watching this sweet family grow over the years has been such a joy, from welcoming their first child to now their third. We’ve done a baby milestone collection with each child and goodness, what an honor. We’ve done the set of newborn, 6 month and one year for each child,  finishing out with a gorgeous Heirloom Book to commemorate their first year of life. Each child will have their own Heirloom Book to look through their first year of life, and for me, that’s one of the main reasons I do what I do –  to give family Heirlooms to enjoy and pass down!

Baby’s First Year Collections are one of my favorite ways to work with families, as it makes it easy for parents to have scheduled times to document their child’s first year and all the amazing growth that happens. And then, at the end of the year,  we get to create an Heirloom together,  yet it’s stress-free for parents to have those moments documented and printed!

This little man celebrated his 6-month milestone in the fall. For many sessions with this dear family in the past, we’ve done an at-home session, but with covid, I’ve had to limit indoor sessions for the time being. Though I look forward to offering in-home sessions again soon, I love outdoor sessions and love what we were able to create together!
